IFAN Annual General Meeting 2008
The FNF and its Alumni Network known as India-FNF Alumni Network (IFAN) held the Annual General Meeting 2008 in Mumbai. IFAN is a network, which provides a platform for its members to exchange ideas and explore ways of collaborating with each others, in order to build synergy towards a wider liberal movement in India. IFAN meeting was held a day after the launch of Liberal Youth Forum India (LYF-India). The core group of LYF-India members were invited to participate in IFAN as observers to explore possible area of collaboration.

Two FNF alumni from Pakistan, representatives from the Freedom Gate Pakistan (http://freedomgatepakistan.org) and one representative from Liberal Forum Pakistan (www.liberalforumpakistan.org), shared their respective experiences. Their presentations inspired new ideas amongst IFAN on how make use of the wide potential and resources of its members when it comes to promoting liberal ideas.

The Executive Committee further discussed its basic organisational structure and outlined several main agenda for the year 2008-2009 during the final session of the meeting.
